Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after we receive full payment. Once your order is on its way, we’ll provide a tracking number as soon as it’s available.
Please note that items from the same order may be shipped in multiple packages, which could arrive from different fulfillment centers or at different times, depending on stock availability.
If an item you’ve ordered is temporarily out of stock, our customer service team will contact you. You can then choose to wait for it to be restocked or cancel your order for a refund.
